As a Tech Lead at Sentient Scripts, your main responsibility will be to provide technical leadership in Front-End Development using React.js and Mobile App Development. You will be focusing on creating scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications to ensure exceptional user experiences. Your role will involve overseeing the development of user-facing features across both web and mobile platforms, mentoring a team of developers and interns, and contributing to Research and Development (R&D) initiatives within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of responsive web applications using React.js and related libraries, as well as mobile applications using frameworks like React Native or similar technologies. - Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring code quality, optimization, and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for seamless web and mobile experiences. - Mentor and guide a team of front-end and mobile developers, including interns, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. - Drive in-house R&D projects to explore new front-end and mobile development technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance product capabilities and innovation. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness for web applications, as well as platform-specific optimization for iOS and Android mobile apps. - Integrate web and mobile applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other back-end services. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and advancements in React.js, React Native, and mobile app development ecosystems to keep the team at the forefront of technology. Required Qualifications: - 5-7 years of professional experience in front-end development with React.js and mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android). - Expertise in JavaScript, React.js, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) for web development. - Hands-on experience with mobile app development frameworks, preferably React Native, including building and deploying apps to App Store and Google Play. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (e.g., Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, or Sass) for web and mobile UI/UX design principles. - Experience with front-end build tools and mobile development tools (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio). - Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers or interns, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. - Passion for creating high-quality, user-focused web and mobile applications. Preferred Skills: - Experience with TypeScript for type-safe development across web and mobile platforms. - Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, or Appium) for unit and integration testing of web and mobile apps. - Familiarity with cloud-based deployments (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Firebase) and CI/CD pipelines for both web and mobile. - Prior experience in an R&D-focused role or experimenting with cutting-edge front-end and mobile technologies. - Exposure to back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express) or native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.
