Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will be a key member of the team responsible for developing and maintaining the data infrastructure, optimizing performance, and supporting data analytics initiatives. You will need to have a deep understanding of SQL, Database Management, and ETL processes. Your role will also involve mentoring teams and providing assistance when needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design of AWS and Snowflake-based teams with a focus on interoperability formats. - Architect data models and scalable integration solutions. - Conduct advanced data analysis to drive business insights. - Implement test automation strategies for data validation. - Build end-to-end AWS Architecture using Snowflake. - Lead the technical team with end-to-end responsibility. - Prior experience in Clinical, Provider, and FHIR interoperability is mandatory. - Hands-on experience in Clinical Data. - Knowledge in Postgres, Snow streams, Linux, Kubernetes, EKS, EMR, Glue, Python, Change Data Capture (CDC), Parquet files, and Extracts. **Qualifications:** - Full-time IT Engineering or equivalent degree (preferably in Computers). **Experience Required:** - 8+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL architecture, and test automation. **Skills and Competencies:** - Design and implement enterprise-grade data pipelines and ETL frameworks. - Architect scalable data solutions supporting real-time and batch processing using AWS Snowflake. - Manage and optimize large-scale database environments focusing on performance, scalability, and cost control. - Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business leaders to deliver data-driven solutions. - Drive performance tuning of SQL queries and ETL workflows. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement advanced security protocols. - Proficiency in SQL, database internals, and performance tuning. - Strong programming skills in Python or Scala for data processing. - Experience with ETL tools, orchestration frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. - Health care knowledge on clinical data and end-to-end data flow. - Ability to take ownership of end-to-end applications and guide junior associates. - Good to have: AWS certifications, experience with data visualization tools, and knowledge of data lake architectures and streaming data platforms.
