Tech Lead (C)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and unit testing applications in accordance with established standards. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical leadership in your area of expertise and participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. Your role will involve coordinating well with stakeholders, resolving blockers, and ensuring the team has the required information for their tasks. Additionally, you should be customer-centric, results-oriented, and able to handle customer-facing issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and unit test applications following established standards - Provide technical leadership in your area of expertise - Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve blockers and ensure the team has necessary information - Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code - Handle customer-facing issues and maintain a customer-centric approach - Be results-oriented and able to lead multiple priorities simultaneously - Stay current with emerging technologies and explore them - Execute on 100% of all specified and implied tasks within the agreed time frame without management or supervision Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent professional experience - 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in C# (WPF, Winforms) - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, WPF, Winforms - Strong knowledge and experience with SQL Server, including Joins, Sub-queries, DDL, DML, Indexing, and Stored Procedures - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with Product Owners and Scrum Masters - Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies - Ability to work with US teams till 9:30 PM IST during daylight saving and 10:30 PM IST after daylight saving ends Additional Details: GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a digital engineering partner known for collaborating with clients to transform businesses and redefine industries through intelligent products, platforms, and services.
