Tech Lead - Business Analyst

As a Business Analysis Professional at YASH Technologies, you have an exciting opportunity to utilize your 7-10 years of experience in Data & Analytics projects. Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate expertise in MDM data mappings, analysis, and configuration. Working closely with subject matter experts, you will be tasked with understanding functional requirements, leading the requirements, and preparing data mapping sheets. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, proficiency in data profiling, and understanding data patterns are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Solid grasp of data models, entity relationships, SQL, ETL, and Data warehousing - Experience in Snowflake is a plus - Conduct functional testing, publish metrics, perform system testing, and lead UAT for data validation - Domain knowledge in Manufacturing, particularly in BOM subject area, is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential Qualifications Required: - Technical expertise in technical writing, data modeling, data sampling, and experience in Agile Scrum development environments - Ability to create user stories, product backlogs, attend scrum events, and schedule calls with business users to understand requirements - Provide technical assistance to the development team, work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and build strong relationships - Proven analytics skills, including data mining, evaluation, and visualization - Strong SQL or Excel skills are required, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools - Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, as well as analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders At YASH Technologies, you will have the opportunity to build a fulfilling career in an inclusive team environment.
