Tech Lead || Architect (AI + Full Stack Developer)

As a Founding Tech Lead / Architect at this company, you will play a crucial role in building the next-gen ad-creative automation & campaign intelligence platform that integrates AI with performance marketing at scale. You will be responsible for generating hundreds of creatives, launching them across Meta/Google, pulling performance data from RedTrack/affiliate networks, and implementing auto-iteration based on performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing end-to-end backend architecture using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Postgres, and Redis - Implementing AI-powered workflows with technologies like LLMs, Lang Chain, RAG, and vector DBs - Creating creative pipelines with TTS, FFmpeg, Remotion, and managing media orchestration - Building bulk campaign workflows with Meta/Google APIs, including cost caps, retries, etc. - Handling KPI ingestion and reporting across Red Track and affiliate networks - Ensuring robust security measures with OAuth2, RBAC, audit logs, and guardrails - Designing clean data models to rank hooks/ads by metrics like ROAS, CVR, etc. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript, proficient in Postgres/SQL and Redis - Familiarity with workflow tools like Temporal, Bull MQ, n8n, Airflow, etc. - Hands-on experience with APIs such as Meta/Google Ads, OAuth, retries, and idempotency - Exposure to AI/ML technologies like Lang Chain, embeddings, and vector DBs - Bonus points for experience with Red Track, FFmpeg, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Remotion If you choose to join us, you will have the opportunity to: - Own the architecture of the platform from scratch and make it SaaS-ready - Build AI-first, performance-driven technology with real users from day one - Enjoy a market-leading salary in Chandigarh/Mohali - Work with an on-site team in a startup environment with a focus on massive ownership We look forward to welcoming a passionate and experienced individual like you to contribute to our innovative platform.,
