Summary:As a Tech Delivery and Operational Excellence Practitioner, you will engage with client teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and operational excellence. Your day will involve assessing client needs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance value. You will leverage your expertise to recognize risks and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained throughout the delivery process. Your role will also require you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.- Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with client expectations. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Visual Design.- Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.- Experience with user experience design and usability testing.- Ability to create compelling visual narratives that communicate ideas effectively.- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Visual Design.- This position is based in Hyderabad.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
