You are a highly experienced Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of expertise in Generative AI Business Analysis & Planning and Networks. Your role involves leading technical projects for seamless integration of AI technologies and driving business strategies. The work model is hybrid with no travel required. Your responsibilities include leading technical projects for successful implementation of Generative AI solutions, overseeing the integration of AI technologies into existing network systems, providing strategic business analysis and planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing technical documentation, assessing network performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, mentoring junior team members, facilitating effective communication, monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues promptly, staying updated with advancements in Generative AI and network technologies, and contributing to continuous process improvement. To qualify for this role, you need a deep understanding of Generative AI, strong business analysis and planning skills, extensive experience in network technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in technical documentation and project management, leadership and mentoring capabilities, knowledge of industry trends and best practices, effective communication skills, adaptability to a hybrid work model, compliance with regulations and standards, innovation in solving technical challenges, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in technical processes.
