Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students, parents, and walk-in prospects about Tech Bodhi's training programs, certifications, and placement assistance. Understand individual student goals and suggest the most suitable courses based on background, interest, and job market trends. Follow up on leads generated via online marketing, referrals, and events. Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions to meet monthly enrollment targets. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the training and placement team to monitor student progress and ensure post-training job support. Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and job fairs representing Tech Bodhi. Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, HR, or Business preferred). 1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or student support (education or training sector preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills. Basic understanding of IT courses like Software Testing, Python, Java, or Data Analysis is a plus.
