The Role: High-Volume Video Specialist We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor capable of operating in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be transforming raw footage into compelling and polished videos, with a strong focus on product videos and short-form content. Key Responsibilities Edit, assemble, and finalize raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for various digital platforms. Maintain a minimum output of 3 to 4 finished videos per day, ensuring quality and brand consistency in a high-volume workflow. Specialize in producing high-impact product demonstration videos that clearly explain features and benefits. Design compelling, click-worthy video thumbnails for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn using design software. Apply advanced post-production techniques, including color correction, audio mixing/sound design, and integrating on-screen text/basic motion graphics. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines. Organize and maintain a clear, accessible library of all video project files and assets. 📝 Required Qualifications & Skills 1. Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional, hands-on experience in video editing and post-production is strongly desired. Education: An Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor's) in Film Production, Media Arts, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline. 2. Core Technical Skills (Mandatory Proficiency) Professional Editing: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Color Grading: Experience with DaVinci Resolve. Short-Form Editing: Proficiency in CapCut (or similar mobile-first editing platforms). Design/Thumbnails: Proficiency in Canva for creating visual assets and thumbnails. AI Tools Proficiency: Experience using AI-powered video tools like Descript, Opus Clip, Runway, or integrated AI features within Premiere Pro/Resolve for tasks such as: Text-Based Editing & Transcription. Automated Subtitling and Captioning. Audio cleanup and noise reduction. Repurposing long-form content into short clips. Post-Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of codecs, aspect ratios, file formats, and mastering for different digital platforms. 3. Soft Skills & Creative Attributes Productivity: Proven ability to deliver high-quality content under tight daily deadlines (3-4 videos/day). Storytelling: Proven ability to structure a compelling narrative from raw footage, particularly for technical products. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality, pacing, and visual continuity.
