Hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture is essential, along with the ability to lead solution development and delivery. Experience in designing high-level and low-level documents is advantageous. A good understanding of SDLC is a prerequisite, as well as awareness of the latest technologies and trends. Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities are also important for success in this role.
