Summary: We are looking for a Freelance Full Stack Developer to help us build and maintain web projects for clients. You will work directly with project owners to design, develop, test, and deliver features. Success in this role means completing projects on time, writing clean code, and communicating clearly with the team. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our client projects run smoothly and deliver real value. Responsibilities Design and develop web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Nest.js , Next.js , Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) Work with APIs and third-party integrations Manage database structure, performance, and data flow Write clean, efficient, and reusable code Collaborate with team members and clients to gather requirements and give progress updates Debug, test, and deploy code in production environments Deliver projects within agreed timelines and maintain good communication Qualifications 0–3+ years of experience in full stack development (freelance or full-time) Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs Experience with frameworks like React.js / Next.js and backend tools like Node.js / Express.js Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic DevOps tools (Docker, AWS, Vercel, K8s,etc.) Good problem-solving and time management skills Clear written and verbal communication Compensation & Work Mode Project-based payment , based on complexity and scope Remote work with flexible hours Bonuses for on-time delivery and quality performance
