You will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works while also overseeing facilities such as HVAC systems, DG sets, civil and interior works, electrical/electronic installations, gym equipment maintenance, and more. Key Responsibilities Facility & Site Coordination - Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical panels, DG sets, and plumbing systems. - Supervise minor civil works, flooring, ceiling, painting, and gym interior projects. - Ensure all MEP systems meet functionality, safety, and compliance standards. - Manage regular inspection and preventive maintenance of gym equipment, including cardio, strength, and free-weight machines. Technical & Project Management - Read and review design layouts, electrical single-line diagrams, and plumbing schematics. - Track project progress, flag delays, and coordinate resolution with vendors or contractors. - Plan preventive maintenance and handle emergency repairs. Procurement & Vendor Management - Source and evaluate vendors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gym equipment, and interior materials/services. - Manage purchase orders, AMC contracts, quotations, and invoicing follow-ups. - Conduct cost analysis and negotiate pricing to optimize budgets. Operational & Support Duties Job Description: Junior MEP Coordinator - Conduct regular and surprise site visits across gym locations for inspections or urgent tasks. - Be responsive to urgent facility issues even during holidays or leave (calls, WhatsApp, or email). - Maintain daily reports, asset records, and maintenance schedules. Qualifications - Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field. - 1-3 years of site-level experience in facilities, interior fit-outs, or MEP projects. - Familiarity with gym equipment maintenance will be an added advantage. - Strong multitasking skills and willingness to travel frequently to gym sites. - Must be proactive, responsible, and able to handle pressure independently.
