Senior AI Research Engineer | Full-time | Bangalore We at Teameight.ai are building an AI-first CRM product for B2B sales teams - founded by serial entrepreneurs (with 5+ exits in the past) and backed by early traction in the US. We are looking for a senior AI engineer who thrives on ownership, ships fast and loves solving real user problems. You’ll work closely with the founders and the core team to shape the product and culture from the ground up. What You’ll Work On Deploy LLM based production grade solutions Solve Engineering challenges that come along with LLM solutions such as high latency, non-deterministic output etc. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into machine learning architectures Own systems end-to-end including (but not limited to) design, code, monitoring, observability for Engineering Projects and training, testing, deployment and iteration for model training projects Help define technical architecture and best practices What We are Looking For 3-8 years of experience would be ideal for this position An expert in machine learning and deep learning. Ideally, you possess an advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field with a focus on machine learning, but equivalent industry experience may be considered. Familiarity with the state-of-the-art research in Deep Learning, NLP and LLM Extremely proficient in Applied LLM/NLP, developing and deploying solutions using NLP frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, back-end web frameworks like FastAPI Familiarity with experimenting with Open Source and Commercial LLMs like Llama, Claude etc., deep understanding of Prompt Engineering Expertise on core engineering skills - Cloud, microservice architecture, caching, queuing Strong problem-solving mindset Startup DNA - hungry, scrappy, high ownership What We Offer Competitive compensation High ownership and autonomy Work closely with experienced founders A chance to build something from zero to one that truly matters
