Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor based in West Delhi. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing physical security operations, managing and supervising security personnel, coordinating with clients, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and addressing any security-related incidents. The role involves daily supervision, training, and evaluation of staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience Proficiency in Physical Security measures and practices Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to effectively manage and lead a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Prior experience in the security industry is beneficial Relevant certifications in security or management are a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
