2. Invoice the material & despatch

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1.Invoicing & Ensure despatch of Spares to customers

2.Quote generation

3.Proforma generation in receipt of Order

4.Ensure material availability of Spares

5.Raise request for PR & WO for ordered Spare & fore cast Spares

6.Follow-up with Planning & SCM for availability of material

7.Providing pick list to stores
