Team Leader/Debt Recovery Manager

As a Team Leader with 3-4 years of experience in team handling from loans collections, you will be responsible for: - Leading and managing a team to ensure successful collections of loans - Providing guidance and support to team members to meet targets and deadlines - Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement - Conducting regular meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling, preferably in loans collections - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Please note that female candidates will be given preference for this position.
