Job Description

As a Tech Team Lead at AGF Tecnik, a division of AGF Group Inc., you will be responsible for managing a small dev team working on AI-powered applications. Your role will involve making architectural decisions, guiding the team technically, and collaborating cross-functionally with design and product teams to ship features. You will also be tasked with reviewing code, ensuring quality, and keeping projects on track. Additionally, you will be expected to be hands-on when needed, as we value leaders who can still code. To excel in this role, you should have experience in managing or mentoring engineering teams and possess a strong technical background that is language-agnostic. Your ability to keep a team aligned, motivated, and productive will be crucial, along with familiarity with modern development workflows such as CI/CD, containers, and cloud technologies.
