Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Team Leader - SDS2 (Steel Detailing), located in Kochi. The Team Leader will manage and supervise the steel detailing process, coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met, and communicate with clients to provide updates or address feedback. Responsibilities also include reviewing detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and leading a team to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SDS2 software, experience in Structural Steel and knowledge of AISC standards
• Team leadership and management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and guide team members effectively
• Strong technical expertise, including understanding of fabrication drawings, material specifications, and connection details
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and coordinate with internal teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and focus on quality assurance
• Familiarity with construction and engineering project workflows; experience in managing projects to successful completion is advantageous
• Minimum 7yrs experience in the same position.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
