Team Leader - Production Support- Java & US Healthcare Domain

You are seeking a technically adept Principal Support Engineer to join the Fidelity Health Benefits Platform (FHB) team within Workplace Investing (WI). In this critical role, you will serve as a technical authority driving the stability, scalability, and continuous evolution of production systems. Leading the resolution of complex and high-impact issues, shaping support strategies, and influencing engineering practices across teams will be part of your responsibilities. As the Principal Support Engineer, you will ensure the resilience, scalability, and operational excellence of the FHB platform. Key skills for this role include: - Experience in supporting and scaling enterprise-grade software systems - Proficiency in Advanced Java & Spring Boot, SQL & PostgreSQL, Linux Command Line, Azure, Monitoring & Alerts, CI/CD & DevOps, Analytical Thinking, Security & Compliance, and Incident Management - Clear communication and leadership during high-impact incidents and application issues Your work as a Principal Support Engineer of the Fidelity Health Technology Team will shape the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of the FHB platform.
