Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant or Team Leader at Sunny Toyota, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for the automobile company. You will be required to have relevant experience in the automobile industry and should be an immediate joiner. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in their vehicle purchase journey and contribute to the overall sales targets of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles. - Provide product information, pricing details, and facilitate test drives. - Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and objectives. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in automobile sales is mandatory. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Flexibility to work in different locations as per business requirements.
