The role of a Writing Team Lead/Technical Director at Athena involves infusing creativity into college essays and projects. Key Skills required for this role include exceptional long-form writing abilities, multi-dimensional creative skills in crafting stories, essays, scripts, etc., excellent communication skills, and proficiency in client management. Key Responsibilities of the Writing Team Lead/Technical Director include guiding students through the essay process, ideating and outlining essays with high-quality content and style for submission to elite universities, mentoring students in various creative projects, conducting workshops to enhance writing and communication skills, contributing to company public relations through writing, and offering student counseling support. Ideal candidates for this role hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputed colleges in India or abroad and possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in writing and editing.
