Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of custom WordPress plugins that power our core products.
Ensure performance, security, and extensibility of WordPress-based applications.
Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into robust plugin features.
Optimize and refactor legacy WordPress codebases for stability and scalability.
Oversee Linux server management, deployment workflows, and enforce security best practices.
Guide the team through the full product lifecycle from planning and development to testing and release.
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and drive best practices in plugin development.
In-depth knowledge of WordPress core functions, hooks, filters, REST API, and coding standards.
Experience with WordPress performance tuning, security hardening, and plugin optimization.
Familiar with Nginx, Apache, shell scripting, and AWS.
Exposure to HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) is a plus.
Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows.
