Team Lead - Web Development (Full Stack)

Job Description: You will be responsible for developing cloud-based products for the global market, ensuring high-quality deliveries consistently. Your role will involve overseeing new feature development from concept to implementation, designing and developing web applications running as SaaS services, and providing technical guidance. You will need to achieve product milestones with excellent quality within predictable timelines, ramp up new resources efficiently, and bring in new industry practices as needed. Additionally, you will need to ensure that documentation and code delivered by the team meet the quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop cloud-based products for the global market - Oversee new feature development from conception to implementation - Design and develop web applications running as SaaS services - Provide technical guidance on technical issues - Achieve product milestones with excellent quality and within predictable timeline - Efficiently ramp up new resources for product contribution - Bring in efficiency in dev-ops - Bring in new industry practices and changes as required - Ensure documentation and code meet quality standards Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech from a reputed engineering college - Consistently good academic record with a minimum of 75% throughout (10th std onwards) Additional Company Details (if any): The company's website is www.veneratech.com.
