Team Lead- React Native- Mobile app development eCommerce Background

Role Overview: As a React Native Developer, you will lead and mentor a team of developers, drive sprint planning, and deliver mobile features within set timelines. Your role involves architecting, developing, and maintaining robust mobile applications using React Native while collaborating with UI/UX designers for implementation. You will also integrate with backend services, conduct performance tuning, and stay updated with emerging technologies for continual improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers, setting clear goals and guiding them technically - Drive sprint planning, task allocation, and timely delivery of mobile features - Collaborate with UI/UX designers for pixel-perfect implementation and integrate with backend APIs - Conduct performance tuning, memory optimization, and bug fixing in mobile applications - Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when beneficial Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BCA, or MCA - Minimum 5 years of total experience in mobile app development - At least 2-3 years of experience in React Native - At least 2 years of team leadership experience with a team of 5+ members - Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ features - Expertise in React Native architecture including Hooks, Redux/MobX, and Context API - Experience with native modules (Android/iOS) and third-party library integration - Proficiency in React Navigation, AsyncStorage, and mobile UI/UX best practices - Knowledge of performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools - Experience publishing and managing apps on the App Store and Google Play - Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD tools, and collaborative development practices,
