Team Lead React Development

Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop user interfaces for web applications using React.js Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate UI/UX designs into code Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise Participate in agile development process including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and ES6+ syntax Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or MobX) Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (such as Webpack, Babel, or Yarn) Experience with version control systems (such as Git) Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and CSS preprocessors (such as SASS or LESS) Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization techniques Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, efficient code BENEFITS: Competitive salary package commensurate with skills and experience.
