Team Lead NodeJS / ReactJS

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to MySQL and PostgreSQL. You should have expertise in React.js, understanding its core principles thoroughly. Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git, SVN, and Mercurial is required. A strong command of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, is necessary. Collaboration with Project Management to evaluate new functionality requests and assistance to the Sales team in scoping new projects will be part of your role. Monitoring and enhancing system performance, identifying and resolving complex issues with the development team, and providing technical guidance are crucial responsibilities. Creating a collaborative work environment, participating in the design and development of new systems, and staying updated on the latest MySQL, PostgreSQL, NodeJS, and React JS technologies and trends are essential tasks. As a Team Lead specializing in NodeJS and React JS, you must have strong proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, NodeJS, and React JS. Experience with React.js workflows like Flux or Redux, in-depth knowledge of React.js and Nodejs modern features, familiarity with Restful APIs, and proven experience in architecture and troubleshooting are required. Exceptional problem-solving skills, familiarity with Linux and the command line interface, and proficiency in version control systems like GIT are essential. A minimum of 1-year experience as a Team Lead is also necessary.,
