Team Lead (.Net Full Stack)

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following key areas: Role Overview: You should have proven experience in leading a development team across different skill levels. Your role will involve team management while also maintaining a focus on writing exemplary code following best practices. It is essential to ensure a tight development/test/release cycle. Your strong foundations in Agile workflow will be crucial for continuous improvement. You will also be required to interface with the Product Owner and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps. Additionally, guiding mentorship tracks to facilitate the professional development of team members will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop .NET web applications using C# with best practices. - Create complex queries, tables, stored procedures, and views in SQL Server. - Participate in end-to-end implementation of web applications. - Develop applications using Git. - Utilize strong architectural and design skills to formulate solutions from client requirements. - Diagnose end users" problems, prescribe solutions, and determine the right combination of methods to deliver features. - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories. - Work in a scrum methodology environment. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core, WebAPI, SQL Server, Entity Framework, HTML5, CSS, and Javascript. - Experience in leading a development team. - Familiarity with Agile workflow. - Strong communication skills to interface with stakeholders. - Ability to mentor team members. - Previous experience in end-to-end web application implementation.
