Team Lead-Fin Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities: - Lead projects supporting data, ratings, research, and analytical outreach, applying specialized technical knowledge to guide junior team members and drive process improvements. - Manage complex BAU tasks, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables, including resolving non-standard outputs. - Independently engage with stakeholders, coordinate work allocation, and manage workload pipelines to meet deadlines. - Train new hires, mentor team members, and provide technical/process guidance on data validation, research, and ratings tasks. - Conduct reviews of complex work, deliver constructive feedback, and implement targeted training to enhance accuracy and performance. - Lead or participate in strategic projects and working groups, collaborating across departments to refine processes and achieve business goals. Qualifications: - Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or Business/Accounting. - Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional interpersonal skills. Skills and Competencies: - 4+ years in credit/financial data analysis. - Skilled at identifying and evaluating key risk factors with minimal guidance. - Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively. - Engage with lead/support analysts to resolve complex issues. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in SQL is an advantage.
