Team Lead-Enterprise Data Management

As an EDM DQ Technical Lead at Bunge, located in Mohali, Punjab, India, you will be responsible for leading global Master Data quality programs and driving data cleansing projects across various data domains such as Material, Customer, Supplier, FI, and Supply chain related master data. Your role will involve improving data quality and governance by developing DQ dashboards, executing critical projects, and adhering to established Bunge data Governance policies at regional and global levels. You will act as a Data Quality Application/tools expert, particularly in SAP Information Steward, managing all data types within the company. Collaboration with stakeholders from Business, IT, and other areas will be essential to ensure the successful implementation of projects and governance initiatives related to master data. Key responsibilities include leading data quality programs, developing programs using business algorithms, monitoring data adherence, collaborating with Master Data Coordinator to resolve issues, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and analyzing business processes to address needs innovatively. Department-specific functions and requirements include hands-on knowledge of key technologies like Information Steward, SQL, MDG, expertise in SAP Information Steward and SQL, as well as experience with Data Dictionaries, taxonomy, and Metadata management. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of professional data management experience leading SAP Information Steward, SQL systems independently. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience providing and supporting business solutions around DQ, along with working experience in SAP Information Steward / SQL is required. Experience with FMCG / CPG organizations is preferable, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual team across different distances, cultures, and time zones is essential.
