Team Lead - Dot Net Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining Kansoft Solutions as a Team Lead .NET Developer, where your main role will involve leading a team of developers in Udaipur. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project delivery, maintaining high coding standards, and collaborating with various teams to develop robust applications using .NET technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of .NET developers throughout the development lifecycle. - Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy web and desktop applications based on .NET. - Mentor junior developers, delegate tasks, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly. - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. - Contribute to process enhancements and team development efforts. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development. - Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, Web API, SQL Server, and JavaScript/jQuery. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. - Familiarity with Git or TFS for source control. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
