Team Lead - Corporate Quantitative

Role Overview: You will play a key role in developing a Macroeconomic module to serve as the foundation for global macro expectations. This will involve formulating perspectives on GDP growth, inflation, monetary policy, fiscal policy, and handling tasks such as data gathering, organization, and visualization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the data and quantitative work required to build a Relative Value framework, which involves comparing various asset classes like IG, HY, MBS, Muni, ABS, Private Credit, etc. - Identify suitable data sources and optimize the process for collecting index data for relative value assessments. - Construct the framework and present evidence to showcase the effectiveness of relative value signals for making asset allocation decisions. - Assist in developing a relative value framework at an industry level to pinpoint industries for overweighting/underweighting within the IG corporate fixed income market. - Create a detailed whitepaper outlining the methodology for each module and the basis for the developed data and quantitative models. - Clearly articulate findings and conclusions in an organized manner. - Ensure the maintenance and periodic updating of finalized models/frameworks. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. - A PHD degree in a quantitative field is preferred. - Availability to join the team within 60 days. - Strong communication skills. - Previous experience in team management is crucial, along with the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.,
