Team Lead (BPO Sales)

Experience Required:

• 4–5 years of experience in BPO Sales.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Lead.

Qualification:

• Graduate (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Sales Executives.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coach, motivate, and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Manage team attendance, adherence, and shift discipline.
• Handle team attrition by driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and team huddles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve team efficiency.
• Prepare and share MIS reports related to team performance, attendance, and productivity.
