Team Lead - BIW Fixture Design

Required Skills:

1.Concept Design, 3D finish and 2D detailing must.

2.Experience of Plant Layout, Cycle Time, Initial Process Related Activities, Clamp Plan,Weld Points and Weld Gun Skills.

3.Pneumatic plan drawings and documentation for different OEMs

4.Hands on experience on projects involving different OEMs standards.

5.BIW Process Knowledge.

6.Experience in Quality Checking Process.

7.Knowledge of Final delivery documentation involving Ergo Study and Validation reports.

Desirable Skills:

• Onsite Project experience.
• Should be responsible for the technical estimation, internal project and resource planning.
• Bridge between client and internal team for all the execution process and related communication
• Should be responsible for End-to-End project execution and on time quality delivery.
• Should be team player and should take the responsibility of handling the assigned team of 5+ engineers
