This “Senior Education Consultant” plays a significant role in student recruitment growth and achieving set targets in Gujarat, India on behalf of Team Consultancy UK, working closely with colleagues based in the United Kingdom. Main responsibilities: • Advise international students on university opportunities in the UK • Advise international students on application and visa procedures • Market and promote educational institutions represented by the company to students • Maintain accurate ledger of student details and applications in CRM system • Liaise with university students, other offices and client institutions • Create and build relationships with university students • Create personal marketing strategies to engage clients • Engage clients with software such as Whatsapp and Emails • Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all activities on the CRM system Key Performance Indicators: • Conversion rates at different stages throughout the sales pipeline according to CRM • Accuracy with CRM usage, data management and best practice • Performance against targets • Maintain and contribute to positive team culture Education & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferable. • A track record of employment in education consultancy and sales: minimum 3 year Other Skills: • Adept at Emails, G-suit and other essential IT skills • Provide first class customer service • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills • Proven success rate at levels above quotas and sales goals • Good English written and oral Personal and Interpersonal Attributes: • Active, energetic and enthusiastic • Patient and conscientious • Engage people in interactions • Friendly, sociable, outgoing, emotionally intelligent, confident presence • Fun, interactive and can communicate with university students Salary & Benefits Package: • Attractive salary pay scale including holiday pay • Yearly performance and festival bonuses If you are interested in the role then please forward your CV to hr@teamconsultancy.co.uk for initial consideration.
