Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Teacher Trainer to join our education team in Khar Road, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training school teachers in integrating technology into classroom teaching, using modern IT tools, software, and digital platforms, and delivering tech-enabled learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs and workshops for school teachers on using IT tools and EdTech platforms.
• Train educators on using Smart Boards, Google Workspace, MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital assessments.
• Conduct hands-on sessions on basic and advanced IT skills relevant to classroom and online teaching.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide post-training support and resources.
• Develop training manuals, user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs for teachers.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend appropriate tools to improve teaching practices.
• Coordinate with school leadership to customize training based on staff IT competency levels.
• Maintain detailed training records, feedback reports, and improvement plans.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (BST-IT) or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience as an IT trainer, teacher trainer, or EdTech facilitator.
• Strong understanding of educational technology tools, applications, and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train individuals with varying levels of digital literacy.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
