Teacher Educator

Role Overview

The Teacher Educator will support offline (in-person) learning programs by guiding and mentoring students and fellow teachers in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. This role focuses on improving subject understanding, strengthening teaching methodologies, and ensuring academic excellence aligned with school-level and board (International Board/IGCSE/ICSE) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offline academic sessions for students to reinforce subject fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Provide academic mentoring and hands-on support to teachers for lesson planning, pedagogy enhancement, and assessment design.
• Develop and review lesson materials, worksheets, and practice tests in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Identify learning gaps among students and design targeted interventions to improve conceptual clarity.
• Facilitate teacher development workshops and classroom demonstrations.
• Monitor academic progress, track outcomes, and report student performance data.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes and implement effective teaching strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Education.
• Teaching qualification (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching or academic mentoring experience in secondary or higher secondary education.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of science and mathematics principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Passion for improving teaching quality and learner outcomes.
• Comfort with experiential or activity-based learning methods.
• Prior experience mentoring teachers or managing academic programs is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Mode: Offline (in-person learning center support).
• Workdays: Monday to Saturday (as per academic schedule).
• Travel: Must require visits to learning center.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
