As a Female Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Odia medium students in Classes 8th to 10th. Your role will involve teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the overall development of students. Key Responsibilities: - Teaching Core Subjects: Deliver lessons in subjects such as Odia, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, or English (as per expertise) in the Odia medium, following the Odisha State Board curriculum. - Lesson Planning: Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and align with educational standards. - Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth. - Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and mutual respect. - Mentorship: Guide students in their academic and personal development, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and cultural awareness. - Cultural Activities: Organize and participate in school events, cultural programs, and extracurricular activities to promote Odia language and heritage. - Parent Communication: Collaborate with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns, ensuring a supportive learning ecosystem. - Professional Development: Stay updated with teaching methodologies and participate in training programs to enhance teaching skills. Qualifications and Skills: - Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a relevant subject (e.g., Odia, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, or English). A Masters degree is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 6 months of teaching experience in Odia medium schools, preferably for Classes 8th to 10th. Freshers with a strong academic background may also apply. - Language Proficiency: Fluency in Odia (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
