Role & responsibilities 1) Operating the plant as per the SOP. 2) Checking of parameters like air pressure, TDS, Chlorine, OBR and conductivity. 3) Preparation of the salt solution for softner plant. 4) Performing sanitization to the plant & distribution system as per the schedule. 5)Filling up of the GMP sheet with GDP practices. 6) Ensuring Dosing chemicals stock and their dosage along with replacement of the cadrige filter. 7) Cleaning of pipe fitting like NRV,strainers, level sensorsand dosing tank. 8) Performing tag system before performing sanitization or maintenance work. 9) Application of the LOTO to the system
