Job Title: Senior Accountant – TDS Accounting Location: Prominance Corporate Head Office SF.No. 207/1 B & 1 C, Selakaraichal Road Appanaickenpatti, Sulur, Coimbatore Experience: 4+ Years Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Finance Manager / CFO Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are hiring a Senior Accountant with solid experience in TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance and general accounting. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in managing TDS deductions, payments, return filings, and reconciliation, along with strong accounting knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS on applicable payments (contractors, rent, salaries, etc.). File quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and generate Form 16/16A. Reconcile TDS receivables/payables and correct mismatches in Form 26AS. Handle TDS assessments, audits, and notices. Maintain accurate records and assist with monthly and year-end closures. Provide support in statutory audits and financial reporting. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience with TDS compliance and accounting. Familiar with TRACES, NSDL portal, and Tally Good knowledge of Income Tax Act provisions related to TDS. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
