We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and guiding buyers and sellers through real estate transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Conduct property tours, open houses, and listing presentations. Sales & Transaction Management Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Prepare and present purchase offers and rental agreements. Negotiate contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Guide clients throughout the entire real estate process from initial consultation to closing. Market Research & Analysis Stay up-to-date with local market trends, pricing strategies, and competition. Analyze property values and provide comparative market analyses (CMAs). Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities. Administrative & Compliance Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. Ensure all real estate activities comply with state regulations and brokerage policies. Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals. Qualifications Active Real Estate Sales Associate License (or ability to obtain). Proven experience in real estate sales or related field preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate tech platforms (MLS, digital marketing tools).
