Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and certified PAUT Technician with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of advanced ultrasonic inspection techniques and be capable of executing inspections independently on-site or in our lab. Key Responsibilities: Perform PAUT inspections on welds, components, and materials as per project requirements and applicable standards. Calibrate PAUT equipment and set up scan plans using software. Interpret and evaluate scan data for flaws and discontinuities. Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with clients and project engineers to understand job requirements and deliver quality services. Follow all safety and quality protocols during inspection activities. Support other advanced NDT techniques (TOFD, UTG, etc.) when required. Required Qualifications: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in PAUT inspection. Certification in ASNT/PCN Level II in PAUT (mandatory). Hands-on experience with PAUT equipment. Knowledge of NDT codes and standards.
