This is a crucial role that demands strong leadership, in-depth financial expertise, and a focus on process management and service delivery excellence. * Minimum 1 years of Experience in UK year-end accounts * Finalization of accounts for companies includes preparation of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet along with reconciliations , Annual accounts statement, notes and reports to client as per accounting guidelines . * Preparation and finalization of FRS 105 and 102 1A accounts for UK clients across various business structures including limited companies, partnerships and sole trader by proficiently utilizing software such as Xero , sage , Quickbooks and CCH * Analysing General ledger, passing recoding entries and year-end adjustments to finalise year-end accounts of Companies * Preparation of UK (Corporation Tax) CT600 returns of UK Companies. * Good Knowledge of UK Taxation and Payroll * Candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal senior intervention * Correspondence with clients * Proficient in Microsoft excel
