If you are the one with relevant TL experience on paper[ min 2 years] and experienced in inbound, outbound process with aim of improving CSAT, AHT, and the other relevant KPIs, feel free to respond. Exp should in Outbound service along with Renewals/upsell will be added advantage; where he/she has handled a call flow of 100 to 150 As a TL, you should take calls too as and when required.
