Job Title: - Custom Clearance Executive-Transport and Forwarding Location: - CBD Belapur , Navi Mumbai Role Description:- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Custom Clearance Executive to handle all customs documentation and ensure timely clearance of import/export shipments. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of customs regulations, HS codes, and import-export procedures. Key Responsibilities: · Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes for import/export shipments. · Prepare, verify, and process all customs documentation such as Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, Invoice, Packing List, etc. · Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines, and government authorities. · Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery. · Ensure proper classification of goods under the correct HS code. · Calculate and arrange payment of applicable customs duties and taxes. · Maintain updated knowledge of customs laws, policies, and procedures. · Resolve queries or discrepancies related to customs inspections or document mismatches. · Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to customs and foreign trade. · Maintain organized records and reports for audits and internal reviews. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field. 2. Experience: 1–4 years of experience in customs clearance or import/export operations.
