We’re looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead, plan, and scale the marketing efforts across three unique companies in different industries. You’ll be the central marketing brain — setting the direction, managing execution (with support), and aligning campaigns with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can wear different brand hats at once. Location: Hybrid / Remote (Preference: India-based) Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Founders / Directors Industries: Medical Trading | EdTech | Mental Health & Counseling What We’re Looking For 3–6 years experience in strategic marketing or brand leadership roles Strong portfolio of multi-channel digital marketing experience Excellent team leadership and coordination skills Experience working across multiple industries or managing multiple brands Comfort with remote working, startup pace, and ownership of outcomes Tools & Skills Preferred Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.) Canva/Figma (for creative collaboration), Trello/Asana Strong English communication & strategic writing skills Bonus: Experience in healthcare, education, or psychology sectors Job Type: Full-time Experience: Digital marketing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
