As a Tax Support Expert at KDK, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries related to Tax Filing of Direct and Indirect taxes. You will be required to help customers over the phone or through remote support to ensure a seamless filing process for their Tax returns. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Taxation Domain, specifically in Tax Return Filing. Additionally, a strong working knowledge of Tax Software and previous experience in a call center environment will be beneficial.
