Taxation AM/DM

As a Semi-Qualified CA with 3-5 years of experience at Quest Global, you will be responsible for various tax assessments, compliance activities, and provision preparations in Bangalore. Your role will involve working on Income tax assessments, Transfer Pricing provisions, India tax compliances, DTAA transactions taxability analysis, coordination with tax consultants, and preparation of tax notes for financial statements. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on working experience on Income tax assessments including preparation of written submissions, representation before tax authorities, and preparation/filing of appeals/writs - Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing provisions and preparation of submissions - Experience in India tax compliances such as corporate tax returns, Form 3CD, Form 3CEB, etc., and preparation of tax computations and reconciliations - Analysis of taxability of various transactions under the DTAA and obtaining Nil/lower tax deduction certificates - Coordination with tax consultants, visiting the income tax office for follow-up, and preparation of tax notes for financial statements - Preparation of quarterly provision for tax workings, 15CA/15CB, TDS & TCS returns filing, and basic experience in mergers and acquisitions Qualifications Required: - Must be a Semi-Qualified CA with 3-5 years of working experience - Strong understanding of the Income-tax Act and Rules - Practical exposure on ITR-6, Form 3CEB, Form 3CD, SFT, Equalization levy, and filing of Form 1 - Basic experience of mergers and acquisitions would be a plus,
