Tax Payroll - Staff

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for handling adhoc requests with a quick turnaround and managing multiple clients without deviating from agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). Your role will involve applying your expertise and judgment to conduct analysis, identify inconsistencies, and address abnormalities. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and processing the final settlement of separated staff for clients, maintaining employees" leave records, leave calculations, and leave rules. Furthermore, you will also maintain employment records, individually handle HR-related queries, and build strong relationships with clients. Your proficiency in MS Office/Excel is essential for this role, and you will be expected to contribute towards process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Technical skills in Human Capital Management (HCM) tools, preferably experienced in Ramco HCM, will be beneficial. Qualifications required for this position include being a graduate, preferably with a background in Finance or Accounting.
