Job Description

Title: Tax and Payroll Associate
Experience Required: 2–3 years Location: Bangalore Shift: General Shift (11:30AM to 8:30PM) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax and Payroll expect with 2–3 years of experience in managing Landed assignment Global payroll and Global tax. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling payroll for multiple Europe countries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the monthly payroll input file for expatriate partners and sending it to the host payroll team for salary processing.
  • Working closely with the payroll vendor to set up partners on the payroll.
  • Collaborating with BU controllers to provide monthly accruals and provisions data.
  • Initiating tax briefing services for new assignments and repatriations.
  • Assisting partners in applying for the Certificate of Coverage (COC).
  • Sharing compensation data for filing tax returns in both home and host countries to service provider.
  • Processing tax payments for expatriate partners.
  • Addressing partners’ queries regarding salary.
  • Providing recovery and payment details to the payroll team.
  • Updating the trackers on real time basis.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Any bachelor’s degree
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in internal national payroll and tax processes.
  • Strong working knowledge regarding social security treaties.
  • Experience in end-to-end case management with attention to detail and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and EPFO sites.

Preferred:
  • Experience working with global payroll/tax vendors.
  • Exposure to Tax and Social security treaties and process improvement
