About Tavii: Tavii connects families and professionals to provide accessible, expert-led therapeutic support for children. Role Overview: We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Tavii as a freelance consultant. The therapist will provide online guidance to parents, focusing on weekly home-based intervention strategies, skill development, and sensory or functional goals tailored to each child's needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual consultations with parents to assess the child's needs and developmental goals. Design individualized home intervention plans focusing on sensory, fine motor, daily living, and behavioral skills. Guide parents through practical, doable activities to support skill development at home. Monitor progress and adjust strategies during weekly follow-up sessions. Collaborate with Tavii's multidisciplinary team (psychologists, special educators, speech therapists) when required. Maintain concise and clear session reports and recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Valid registration/certification as an Occupational Therapist. Minimum 12 years of experience working with children (preferably in pediatric or developmental settings). Freshers are welcome. Experience or comfort with online therapy platforms. Excellent communication and parent-guidance skills. Ability to design creative, home-friendly intervention strategies.
